To change the photo from your Smartphone or Android Tablet, open your profile.

At the bottom left of your image there is the symbol of a camera, click it.

You will see the photos in your device. Click on the one you prefer and after a few moments you will appear on the profile.

To enter or change a photo, you must have reached the 9th level of play.
