If you want to enable or disable the BOT, click on the User Options button (see the red arrow in the following image),

then click on the Online tab (see the red arrow), and click on the button at the right of the label Enable BOT if disconnected (see the red arrow in the following image).

If the symbol is green the BOT is active, if red (as in this case) it is not.
