Click on the Club button

A panel will be shown.

Click on the button "Modify" (see the yellow arrow in the following image),

and then on the "Delete your Club" button (see the yellow arrow in the following image)

A window will be shown; click on the button "Yes" (see the yellow arrow in the following image)
