can:
Invite those who want to enter her/his Club.
Accept the incoming requests in the Club
Send a message to the Vice or to all the members of the Club
Expel a member from her/his Club
Change the name of the Club
Change the Club logo
Change the Club headline
Increase the Club level
Changing the Leader of the Club
Appoint one or more Vice
Downgrade a Vice (back to simple membership)
Delete the Club.
